Happy Monday, lovely readers! Did you have a good weekend? It was my birthday and I spent the weekend with friends and family and visited the Harry Potter studio tour - highly recommended if you’re a Potter geek like me!
Today, I’m really happy to bring you a beautiful cake from London cake makers – The Sugared Saffron Cake Company who are based in the Farringdon / Chancery Lane area of the city and deliver all over London. They’re a firm Wed In London favourite!
Here is one of their latest creations – a 5 tier white cake with royal icing piped dots. The flowers – lilies, peonies, roses and some fantasy ones – are all handmade sugar flowers. This cake would look gorgeous as the centrepiece at any stylish London wedding. Just beautiful.
